Property and Application of Single component, moisture curing, reactive type PUR (Poly Urethane Resin) Hot Melt Adhesive:

Properties: After physical curing of HM, it will continuously react with ambient moisture to have chemical cross linking reaction. High polymer with high inner polymerization forces will be formed through this reaction and in the chemical cross linking reaction process, small amount of carbon dioxide gas will be created and emitted to the atmosphere from gel film surface.

The cured product features unique water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high weathering resistance. The reactive type PUR Hot Melt Adhesive use poly urethane as basic material, therefore, it has all the common properties of PU. Reactive type HM has very strong binding force with many different substrates with difficult binding feature.
