X28 All Colors PP Plastic Paint

1.Composition: Special resin, pigment, filler, solvent, curing agent: aromatic isocyanides

2.Properties: Excellent adhesion, good hardness, Excellent chemical resistance, accurate color, good color adhesion and weather resistance.

3. Application: Suitable for PP, modified PP Materials. Applied in the car interior components and other high requirements products surface coating.

4.Performance:

Mix Proportion	Paint∶ Curing agent: Diluents = 7∶1∶3-4 (by weight)
Spray Viscosity	10-15 sNo.4 cup, at 25±1℃）
Spray Pressure	0.4-0.6 Mpa(Distance 20-30 cm)
Spray Times (laers)	Wet Spray 1-2 times(Dry Film Thk 15-20m)

5. Dry Time: Bake dry 35 min / 75℃

6. Packaging: 17 Kg/iron barrel; Diluents: 17Kg/iron barrel; Curing agent:3.5 KG/Iron Barrel

7. Shelf Life: 12 months after productionfor paint and solvent; 6 months for curing agent
